We have been spending lots and lots of time at the pool this past week. Lucy has conquered the beginning of the season fears and is now a full-fledged fish. She loves to jump, jump and jump some more. She has such a smile each time! I can't believe it, but she will actually swim without her swimmies. And she does pretty well. She can get herself back to the wall from jumping in, but sometimes she just forgets that she needs to kick and move her arms at the same time!
Laney loves the pool, but I think she'd rather crawl around on the concrete. A baby pool would probably be more her speed, where she can be in control of where she goes and what she does. It is nice that the neighborhood pool is pretty much in our backyard so we can make quick trips!
