For Halloween this year Lucy decided she wanted to be Barbie in a Fashion Fairytale. It only took 3 stores for her to decide this and of course the costume was at the first store. We just let Laney decide what she wanted to be from our dress up dresses at home. For gymnastics on Monday night she was Belle and for trick or treating she was Barbie Ballerina.
We started off by having a little get together with our neighbors. The kids made spider cookies and listened to the story “Hallo-weiner” about a weiner dog.
After that we had some friends come over with their truck and trailer and went on a hayride while trick or treating.
Lucy could have kept going and going until her basket was overflowing, but they were both super tired. Both girls were sound asleep about 30 minutes before normal last night! I’d say that is a sign of a great day!
