Pastor Dick Gorham, who married us and baptized Lucy, baptized Laney last Sunday. She looked so adorable in her pretty white smocked dress from Nana and Papa! She wasn’t too sure about the whole process and about someone talking about her in front of a large crowd, but she made it through without any tears…just some pouty faces :) The funniest part was after her baptism, while sitting in the pew during a prayer, she says, “Mom, why is there water in my hair?”
