Rainy Day Smiles

It has since cleared off to become a beautiful afternoon here, but the day started off very, very wet. Most people get the rainy day blues, but for us girls, this day has been nothing short of fantastic. Here's why:

1. 1. We didn't get out of bed until 10:30.
2. 2. I was able to take a shower on the first attempt, before noon, and no one was screaming.
3. 3. Laney pooped....twice.
4. 4. I cat napped while Laney slept and Lucy watched a movie.
5. 5. Currently, both girls are snoozing, and I'm actually going to get caught up on laundry after I finish blogging. (I hope)

And to top it off, Lucy was so cute this morning. She looked out the big window in the back and solemnly said "No swimming today. No sliding today. No bike riding today. No doing anything because it is raining. I guess we'll just play inside."
